Black Country Ales is looking for a Brewery Assistant to join our team at The Old Bulls Head in Lower Gornal.
This is a hands-on role supporting our brewers with:
• Brewing and fermentation processes
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Handling ingredients and casks
• Day-to-day brewery operations
Requirements:
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Physical ability to lift and handle casks
• Previous experience is helpful but not required – full training provided
